At GolfPro Sales Shop, we take pride in offering tour-grade golf equipment that performs as expected. However, we understand that sometimes a club might not be the perfect fit for your game. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your convenience.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Item must include all original packaging and tags
  • Item must not show signs of use or wear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gloves (due to personal hygiene considerations)
  • Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)

Custom or personalized items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (see template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product or size:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item you’d like

We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
